Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product is downloaded or accessed.

1. Non-Refundable Products

All purchases of digital goods (templates, mockups, brand guidelines, etc.) are final and non-refundable unless the product:

• Was not delivered
• Has a major technical issue that we cannot resolve

2. Refund Requests

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Product Issues

If there’s a problem with a file (e.g., corrupted or incompatible format), please contact us at info@rooseveltmultimedia.com so we can assist or replace it.
